By registering to attend Texas Remainder Expo, Attendee agrees to comply with and obey all laws, Federal, State and Local, including but not limited to copyright laws, all ordinances of the City of Carrollton, Texas, all rules, regulations and requirements of the City of Carrollton Police and Fire Departments, all requirements specially made by the City of Carrollton Fire Marshall in connections with the Event, and all other regulations of the Municipal Authority of the City of Carrollton.
Attendee shall not do or suffer to be done anything on said Event Space or TREX’s premises during the Event in violation of any such laws, ordinances, rules or requirements and, if TREX, or any authorized agent, representative or employee of TREX calls to the attention of Attendee any violations on the part of Attendee , then Attendee shall immediately desist from and correct such violations or vacate the Event Space and TREX’s premises.
Attendee covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, TREX and its respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees, from and against any and claims arising from Attendee’s violation or alleged violation of these rules, and from any damages and/or liabilities resulting from its attendance at the Event.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Event Space. Smoking is permitted outside of the building including the parking lots, but not closer than 50 feet from any entrance or exit point.
No Open Flame candles are allowed in the Event Space.
No Fire Arms or Weapons of any kind are permitted inside the facilities.
