By registering to exhibit at T*REX (Texas Remainder Expo) you agree to provide payment in full for your exhibitor space at the time your show invoice is received. You agree to follow shipping instructions provided. You agree to provide any special requests during your attendance and post show regarding outgoing shipments in advance, and understand that all special requests may not be able to be accommodated. Exhibitor agrees to comply with and obey all laws, Federal, State and Local, including but not limited to copyright laws, all ordinances of the City of Carrollton, Texas, all rules, regulations and requirements of the City of Carrollton Police and Fire Departments, all requirements specially made by the City of Carrollton Fire Marshall in connections with the Event, and all other regulations of the Municipal Authority of the City of Carrollton.
Exhibitor shall not do or suffer to be done anything on said Event Space or TREX’s premises during the Event and allowed preparation timelines in violation of any such laws, ordinances, rules or requirements and, if TREX, or any authorized agent, representative or employee of TREX calls to the attention of Exhibitor any violations on the part of Exhibitor or Exhibitor’s guests, servants, employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, then Exhibitor shall immediately desist from and correct such violations or vacate the Event Space and TREX’s premises.
Exhibitor covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, TREX and its respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees, from and against any and all claims arising from Exhibitor’s violation or alleged violation of these rules, and from any damages and/or liabilities resulting from its attendance at the Event.
TREX will furnish air conditioning/heating, light and water to the Event Space in such amounts as determined in TREX’s sole discretion.
Tables, chairs, and bookshelves owned by TREX shall be set up, according to Exhibitor’s plan, and removed after the Event by TREX. No furniture is to be moved or removed from the rooms or tables without prior consent.
TREX shall furnish security personnel if necessary. Security personnel shall not be required at the Event Space during all hours of the Event. The number of security personnel shall be dependent upon the nature and duration of the Event as pre-determined by TREX. Security personnel shall be uniformed, licensed/certified peace officers in the State of Texas.
Exhibitor set up and tear down times shall be strictly enforced. No items will be delivered before the start time and all samples must be removed immediately after the posted hours of the event.
Exhibitor shall maintain in full force and effect insurance to cover any damages and/or liabilities resulting from its attendance at the Event.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Event Space. Smoking is permitted outside of the building including the parking lots, but not closer than 50 feet from any entrance or exit point.
No Open Flame candles are allowed in the Event Space.
No Fire Arms or Weapons of any kind are permitted inside the facilities.
